ALFRED P. TALERICO, age 89; beloved husband of the late Elinor Ann (nee Krempasky) for 62 years; loving father of Mary Beth (Ron Bolyard), Fred (Margie), Amy Ferree (Andy), Raymond Talerico and Joan Berish (Dean); dearest grandfather of Jules, John, Jill and Jordan Ferree, Katie and Michael Talerico, Lauren, Jacqualyn and Michael Berish; son of the late Frank and Carmela (nee Imbrogno); dearest brother of Joseph (Bernadine) (both deceased), Raymond (deceased), Albert (Bessie) (both deceased), Esther Artino (deceased) (Frank) and Ethel Dinardo (Nick, deceased); beloved uncle and great-uncle of many.  Fred was a graduate of John Adams High School, earned a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from Kent State University and was a U.S. Army Veteran.  He retired, after over 37 years as a principal for Cleveland Public Schools.  Fred and Elinor founded the English as a Second Language (ESL) program for Parma City Schools.  Contributions may be made to the Thomas P. Perciak Family Residential Hospice of Southwest General, 18659 Drake Rd., Strongsville, OH 44136. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Anthony of Padua Church, 6750 State Rd., Parma, Monday, March 13, 2017 at 10 a.m. (please meet at church).  Entombment Holy Cross Mausoleum.  Friends received at RIPEPI FUNERAL HOME, 5762 PEARL RD. (AT SNOW RD.), SUNDAY 2-6 P.M.
