Andrew Calabretta

ANDREW CALABRETTA, age 87; beloved husband of Catherine (nee Bodanza) for 64 years; loving father of Nicholas, Robert (Loretta), Andrea, and Joanne Lee (Anthony); dearest grandfather of Maggie Boggs (Aaron), Anthony (Jessica), Dominic (Erika), Joseph (Michelle), Angela Swauger (Pete), Maria and Michelle Lee; great-grandfather of five; son of the late Nicola and Catherine (nee Cosentino). Andy was a U.S. Army Korean War Veteran, a well-known master barber for many years, with shops located in The Arcade, Statler Hotel and Parmatown.  He was a member of the St. John Bosco Holy Name Society and the Southwest Italian American Club.  Mass of Christian Burial at St. John Bosco Church, 6480 Pearl Rd., Parma Heights, Tuesday, October 31, 2017 at 10 a.m. Entombment Holy Cross Mausoleum.  Friends received at RIPEPI FUNERAL HOME, 5762 PEARL RD. (AT SNOW RD.), MONDAY 3-8 P.M.
