ANDREW F. LaSALLA, age 83, passed away peacefully on Wednesday October 14, 2026. Loving father of David, Gary (Susan) and Andrew LaSalla II (Megan); beloved grandfather of Alexandria (James), Francesca, Nikolette and Alex LaSalla; son of the late Frank and Anna LaSalla; brother of Rosemary Lewis (Eddie, deceased) and Patricia Winca (William) (both deceased); uncle, cousin and dear friend of many. Andy loved all Cleveland sports, especially listening to the Indians on the radio. He was one of the first people to write and publish a magazine on the NFL Draft titled “Pro Prospects” from 1977 through 1979. Andy was a proud graduate of Fairview High School class of 1961, where he was a three-year letter in football, basketball and baseball. Andy loved coaching his boys’ sports teams throughout their youth. He continued his love for baseball into his freshman year pitching for Miami University. Andy loved to spend time with his family. He was loved and will be dearly missed by all who knew him. Final resting place Holy Cross Cemetery. All services private.
