ANTHONIA M. “TONI” SALAY (nee Dubnicka), Age 95; passed away peacefully on Wednesday October 11, 2023, surrounded by family. Loving wife of the late Steve Salay Jr.; beloved mother of Anthonia “Tonette” Keil, Margaret Piechowiak (Kevin) and Steve Salay III (Sandy); devoted grandmother of Amanda (Jen), Stacy (Jamie), Jennifer, Ryan (Tatyana), Jason (Lauren), Jacob (Elizabeth), Sarah, Steve IV (Jocelynn) and Samuel (Angell); great grandmother of June, Finn, Maya, Connie, Elizabeth, Nathan, Logan, Parker and Dean; Daughter of the late Paul and Maria Dubnicka; sister of the late Emily Kovac (Joseph), Milan Dubnicka, Paul Dubnicka (Antoinette), Paula Austin (Harry), Violet Stobbe (William), Stanley Dubnicka (Dixie) and Joey Dubnicka (Donna); favorite aunt, cousin and dear friend of many.
