ARTHUR J. DeFAZIO, age 84; passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 30, 2025 surrounded by his family. Loving husband of JoAnn (nee Compola) for 59 years; beloved father of Nick DeFazio (Vicki); cherished grandfather of Mia and Dominic DeFazio; brother of Ethel Tatrault, Joseph DeFazio (deceased), Kathryn Labar, Joann Deihl (deceased), Bruce Peabody, James Carbone (deceased), Tracy Korner (deceased), Robin Duvall, Scott Peabody (deceased) and Michael Carbone; special uncle of Maria Geraci, James Lowe III, Tina DelBrocco, Patty DelBrocco, Coletta Compola (deceased) and Celeste Compola; uncle, cousin and dear friend of many. Art was a U.S. Marine Corp Veteran. He loved his model trains, and being on the water; boating, fishing and scuba diving. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to The Wounded Warrior Project, www.woundedwarriorproject.org.  Services at the funeral home, Tuesday, May 6, 2025 at 11:30 a.m. Interment Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
