BEVERLY A. TABACCO, Age 79, of Middleburg Hts.; beloved daughter of the late Vincent and Angeline; cherished sister of Marilyn Elder (Felix Jebbia) and Don Tabacco (Jacqueline); loving aunt of Cherie Twyman (Steve) and Todd Elder (Judy). Bev was a classroom teacher at St. John Bosco Parish School in Parma Hts. for thirty years, earning a Masters of Art in Education and a Masters in Administration from Baldwin-Wallace College. She then served as Principal of St. Barnabas School in Northfield Center, OH for an additional 14 years. Bev was devoted to her Lord, family, friends, and the children she taught and cared for as a teacher and principal. In addition to her regular teaching duties, Bev volunteered as a P.S.R. teacher for over 25 years, and provided instruction for teachers pursuing basic religion certification. Bev participated in the Rainbow Program (a grief sharing program for children) for more than 20 years, as well as being on the Parish Council Commission and participating in the R.C.I.A. Program. She was named Outstanding Teacher by the Cleveland Diocese in 1991 and was awarded the Outstanding Principal for the Southern Region in 1996. Bev will be most remembered for her kindness and generosity to all. She showed endless patience to students, faculty and parents, and would do anything in her power to help those in need. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Holy Family Hospice, 6707 State Rd., Parma, OH 44134. Mass of Christian Burial at St. John Bosco Church, 6480 Pearl Rd. Parma Hts.
