CARL EDWARD VASCH

CARL EDWARD VASCH passed away on March 25, 2026 at the age of 84. He was the beloved husband to Sari (nee Takacs) for 56 years. The loving father of Amy and Christopher (Lori) and dear grandfather of Ethan Pyke, Isabella and Savannah Vasch. He was the devoted son of Mary (Kniesner) and Edward Vasch. Cherished brother- in-law of Suzanne and Perry Ryon and Susan Majka; dear cousin and friend of many. Carl was a graduate of St. Edward High School, he then enlisted in the United States Army, becoming a member of the National Guard. After the service, Carl attended the Cleveland Engineering Institute and began his lifetime career as a construction estimator, known for his thoroughness and accuracy. Carl was a member of The American Society of Professional Estimators. He was also a member of the Strongsville Rotary. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Joseph Church, 12700 Pearl Rd., Strongsville, OH 44136 at 10 a.m. on Tuesday March 31, 2026. The family will greet guests at the church from 9:30 a.m. until the funeral mass begins. In lieu of flowers, please make contributions to the American Heart Association, P.O. Box 840692, Dallas, TX 75284-0692. Interment will be private at Holy Cross Cemetery.
