CARMELA J. MAZZARELLA, age 91; passed away peacefully on Monday, September 7, 2026 surrounded by her family. Beloved daughter of Robert and Anna (nee Isabella) (both deceased); loving sister of Anthony (Virginia) (Joanne) (all deceased), Philomena (deceased), Concetta Major (Don, deceased), Mary Gorman (Tom) (both deceased) and John (Gloria) (both deceased); beloved aunt, great aunt, great great aunt and dear friend of many. Carmie was a lifelong parishioner of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish and had a successful 42-year career at The East Ohio Gas Company. She was a devoted aunt who helped raise many of her nieces and nephews. She was loved dearly and will be missed by all of us. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions to Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish, 6928 Detroit Ave., Cleveland, OH 44102.
