Charles William Kennick

CHARLES WILLIAM KENNICK, age 83; beloved husband of Rosemary (nee Bell) for 61 years; loving father of Charles J. (Sonja), Teressa Morris (Darrell), Kathleen Kennick, Jacqueline Kennick (Steve Brooks), Sylvia Fortune (Gregg, deceased) and Karen Kennick; grandfather and father figure to Eric M. Kennick; loving grandfather of Darrell B. Morris, Raymond J. Werner (Rachel), John K. Morris, John P. Kennick, Charles D. Kennick, Kyle G. Fortune and Brooke H. Fortune; dearest son of the late John and Margaret Kennick; brother of the late John E. Kennick, Eugene Kennick, Betty Lou Drouin and David Kennick; uncle and friend of many. Charles worked for J&L Steel/ LTV Steel for over 35 years.  He served in the USMC for over 25 years.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association www.act.alz.org . Divine Liturgy at St. Mary Byzantine Catholic Church, 4600 State Rd., Cleveland, Wednesday, September 4, 2019 at 10 a.m. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.  Friends received at RIPEPI FUNERAL HOME, 5762 PEARL RD. (AT SNOW RD.), TUESDAY 2-4 AND 6-8 P.M. with a Parastas service at 7:30 p.m.
