DANIEL O. EMMETT, age 85, of Richfield, passed away Friday, August 25, 2017. Beloved husband of Alice (nee Hoover) for 57 years; loving father of Tom Emmett (deceased) (Liz); dearest grandfather of Ashley Linnert (Bill); great-grandfather of Camden and Declan Linnert; son of the late Frank and Gladys; brother of the late Jack. Dan was a U.S. Navy Veteran, owned and operated Emmett Farms, was a retired teacher for the Twinsburg City Schools and an active member of the Richfield Community. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105. All services are private. Final resting place Fairview Cemetery.
