Beloved husband of Theresa (nee Jurcisek) for 33 years; loving father of Jennifer (deceased), Nicole (Charles Costanzo), Melissa (Frank Horvath), and Kristen (Anthony Jelinek); loving grandfather of Rylie Costanzo and Kendall Jelinek; cherished son of Peter Geletka and Barbara O'Boyle; son-in-law of the late Richard and Jeanne Jurcisek; brother of Joel (deceased), Dana (Tim), James (Jennifer), Chrissy, Kathy (Bill), Jackie (Randy) and Tommy (deceased) (Andrea); loving Uncle to Matthew, Cheyenne, Shawnee, Angel, Jack, Johnny, Dena, Angela, Dominic, Megan, Ian, Tommy, Michelle, Danielle, Rachel, Tony and Brittany. David will be truly missed by all who know and love him.
