DAVID A. KELLEY, age 61, Cleveland Police Patrolman, passed away Tuesday September 8, 2026. Beloved husband of Kathleen (nee Wagner) for 32 years; loving father of Jarret Kelley and Jennifer Andel (Anthony); dearest Papa of Angelina, Benjamin and Filomena Andel; dearest son of Barbara (nee Kopec) and the late Clyde Kelley; devoted brother of Michael (Susan), William and Brian (Amanda) Kelley; beloved uncle, nephew, cousin and dear friend of many. David was a proud Cleveland Police Officer and the Vice President of The Cleveland Police Patrolmen’s Association. He was loved very much and will be greatly missed.
