Diane S. Francek

DIANE S. FRANCEK, age 64, passed away peacefully Wednesday, December 4, 2024. Loving daughter of the late William Francek and Marilyn Francek (nee Nagorka); beloved sister of Edward Francek and Cherie Gill (nee Francek); cherished aunt of Madeleine Gill and Liliana Gill; beloved sister of Michael Nagorka (deceased) and Carol Nagorka (nee LaCoste), Fred Nagorka (deceased), James Francek (deceased), Bob Francek (deceased), and Elaine Christopoulos (nee Francek); cousin of Jimmy Francek, Darlene Francek, John Francek and Heather Francek (nee Moore), Mark Francek, Michael J. Nagorka and Carrie Nagorka (nee Mertes), Melissa Thompson (nee Nagorka) and John Thompson, and Alexia Christopoulos; and fur mom to her beloved dog, Jacque. Diane was a lifelong dog lover. She enjoyed cooking delicious meals for her family (especially stuffed cabbage), riding her bike, creating needlepoint and cross-stitch masterpieces, and reading many mystery/thriller novels. Diane never missed joining her family for game nights, and she was thought of as a Yahtzee "master". A graveside service will be held at Holy Cross Cemetery, Saturday December 28, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. Please meet at the main entrance. A Celebration of Life luncheon will follow the service.
