Dr. Joseph A. Jamhour

DR. JOSEPH A. JAMHOUR, age 74; of Rocky River, passed away Thursday, May 11, 2023. Beloved husband of Sayde (Younes); loving father of Christopher and Jonathan; son of the late Asad and Nancy (nee El-Hage); dear brother of Violet Khoury; loving brother-in-law, cousin and uncle of many. Dr. Jamhour was a well-known pediatrician in the Cleveland area for many years. Joseph graduated from American University of Beirut in 1975 with a medical degree! In 1976 Jo was chief resident at Metro Health. In 1979 he opened his practice with Dr. Marty Vuppala in Brunswick. In 1995 he transferred to Parma Heights with expanding all bases of patients and satellite offices with Southwest General Hospital in Brunswick. The practices success is because of the love of the families we served as happiest pediatricians. All through the life as Dr’s of Dr. Joseph A. Jamhour and Dr. Marty Vuppala, Pediatric Health Center! They retired in 2016. He was loved and will be greatly missed. The family suggests contribution to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, www.stjude.org or St. George Antiochian Orthodox Church.
