Dr. Joseph Stolla

Dr. JOSEPH STOLLA, age 98, passed away on Sunday, September 6, 2020. Beloved husband of Mary (nee Seidanwand) for over 70 years; loving father of Joanne Helfrich (Dr. Matt) and the late Bill Stolla; dearest grandfather of Dr. Nicole Helfrich (Joe Mess), Alex Pullella (Kevin) and Dr. Matt Helfrich (Nancy); great-grandfather of six. Dr. Stolla was a Captain in the U.S. Army and a WWII Veteran. He studied at John Carroll University, was a graduate of Western Reserve Dental School, a member of ADA, ODA and Delta Sigma Delta dental fraternity.  Dr. Stolla was as a dentist with a full time private practice in Garfield Heights.  Private family graveside service, with military honors, at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.  Sympathy cards may be sent through the funeral home website.
