Earl E. Mackert

EARL E. MACKERT, age 91, passed away July 10, 2021 in Sun City West, Arizona.  Beloved husband of the late Carole (nee Cerny) for 68 years; dear son of the late Albert and Pearl (nee Leonard) Mackert; dearest brother of Paul Mackert (Jacqueline), Mark Mackert (Mary), James Mackert (Lois), Sr. Rita Mackert, Janet Ravotti (John) and the late Virginia Geiger, Pearl Olearcik, Fr. Albert Mackert and infant brother Lawrence. Earl was a U.S. Army Korean War Veteran, a retired longtime claims adjuster for Nationwide Insurance Company, an active member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, Prince of Peace Catholic Church and volunteered at R.H. Johnson Recreation Center in Sun City West, Arizona for 40 years.  Mass of Christian Burial at St. Francis DeSales Church, (State Rd. and Snow Rd.), Parma, Tuesday, July 27, 2021 at 10 a.m. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.  Friends received at RIPEPI FUNERAL HOME, 5762 PEARL RD. (AT SNOW RD.), MONDAY 4-7 P.M.
