EBELIN CATIUSCA JIMÉNEZ, de 56 años de edad, falleció rodeada del amor de su familia y seres queridos. Fue la amada esposa de Evaristo Pérez; una amorosa y dedicada madre de: Junior Pérez, Jehudis Pérez y Katherine Pérez; querida abuela de Zoey Pérez, Lilliana Pérez, Elena Pérez y Jaxson Pérez.

Ebelin fue la apreciada hija de Denis Jiménez (fallecido) y Rosa Nieve Castro, querida hermana de Jehuris Jiménez, Julieta Vallejo, Denilsa Jiménez, Yulisa Jiménez y Renso Jiménez.

Reconocida por su profundo amor por la cocina y su don natural para cuidar de los demás, Ebelin encontraba alegría en atender y nutrir a quienes la rodeaban. Tenía una presencia radiante que iluminaba cada lugar al que llegaba, y un corazón lleno de bondad, fortaleza y entrega. Por encima de todo, estuvo siempre dedicada a su familia, a quienes amó con intensidad y de manera desinteresada.

Su legado vive en las vidas que tocó, en las comidas que preparó con amor y en el amor inquebrantable que dio tan generosamente. Será recordada por siempre, extrañada y amada eternamente.

EBELIN CATIUSCA JIMENEZ, age 56, passed away surrounded by love and family. She was the beloved wife of Evaristo Perez; a loving and devoted mother to Junior Perez, Jehudis Perez, and Katherine Perez; and a cherished grandmother to Zoey Perez, Lilliana Perez, Elena Perez, and Jaxson Perez.

Ebelin was the cherished daughter of Denis Jimenez (predeceased) and Rosa Nieve Castro, and a dear sister to Jehuris Jimenez, Julieta Vallejo, Denilsa Jimenez, Yulisa Jimenez, and Renso Jimenez.

Known for her deep love of cooking and her natural gift for caring for others, Ebelin found joy in nurturing those around her. She had a radiant presence—one that illuminated every room she entered—and a heart rooted in kindness, strength, and devotion. Above all, she was dedicated to her family, whom she loved fiercely and selflessly.

Her legacy lives on in the lives she touched, the meals she lovingly prepared, and the unwavering love she gave so freely. She will be remembered always, missed deeply, and loved forever.
