Edward J. Neiger

EDWARD J. NEIGER, age 81; beloved husband of Kathleen (nee Noonan) for 57 years; devoted father of Kathleen Robinson (Kurt), Michele Bunch, Michael Neiger (Jill), Dennis Neiger (Karen) and Edward Patrick Neiger (Christy); loving Pa of Megan, Nicholas, Emily and Nolan Robinson, Joseph and Dennis Bunch, Xander and Jessica Neiger, Luke (deceased), Hannah and Benjamin Neiger, Tyler Poindexter and Tori Neiger; son of the late Edward and Anna Mae Neiger; brother of Mary Ann Guhde (Don), Susan Wieczorek (Greg) and Tom Neiger (Denise Lucas); loving uncle, cousin and friend of many.  Edward was a retired Lieutenant for the Parma Fire Department, former Township Trustee for Columbia Township and past president of Safety Forces Holy Name Society.  He volunteered at Southwest Hospital in the Stroke Rehab Center, was a Eucharistic Minister and Alter server at St. Mary of the Falls Church.  Contributions may be made to the Safety Forces Holy Name Society.  Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary of the Falls Church, 25615 Bagley Rd., Olmsted Falls, Friday, January 24, 2025 at 10:30 a.m. Family and friends received at THE RIPEPI FUNERAL HOME, 5762 PEARL RD.
