EDWARD M. SZALKOWSKI, age 86; “Poppy” to all who knew and loved him. Inseparable husband of Mary for nearly 67 years; beloved father of Edward (Theresa), Steven, Cheryl Perchinske (Joseph), Ronald (Cindy), and Mary Lynn Lewis (Mike); doting grandfather to Ronald (Allison), Amanda (Danny), Matthew (Lynn), Michael, Mitchell, Emily, Cayla, and Ariel; adoring great-grandfather to Eliza, Franny, and Marnie; brother-in-law of Fred Vollweiler (Myra); son of the late Michael and Mary Szalkowski; loving brother of Dolores (deceased), Bernie, Jeananne, Rosalie, and Mary B. Family meant everything to Pops. He will be greatly missed and never forgotten. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Francis Desales Church, 3434 George Ave., Parma, Friday, April 1, 2022 at 10 A.M.
