DENK (nee Pensock), age 81; beloved wife of Thomas W. for 58 years; loving mother of Deena Brennan (Sean), Margaret Denk-Leigh (Matthew) and Thomas (Joellen); Grandma Betty to Patrick, Colleen (Jonah), Owen, Gabe, Thomas and Benjamin; daughter of the late Paul J. and Veronica (nee Gebe) Pensock; sister of Patricia Koch (Bob, deceased) and Eleanor Sanicky (deceased). Elizabeth loved bowling and was an avid bowler for over 50 years at Yorktown Lanes on Tuesday nights. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions in Elizabeth's memory be made to Laura's Home Women's Crisis Center.
