ELIZABETH J. KOVACH (nee Striegl); wife of the late Carl L. Kovach; dearest mother of Catherine Wolf (Rick), Carolyn Gaylord (Scott), Christine Fitch (Dave), Joseph Paul Kovach (Leslie) and Cassandra Lehky (Tom); loving grandmother of 18 and great-grandmother of 8; Sister of Philip Striegel (Niki, deceased) of Colorado and the late Andy Striegl (Mary). Our beautiful mother Elizabeth "Betty" Kovach went home to be with her heavenly Father today. She was surrounded by her loving family and the Holy Spirit peacefully and gently took her home to heaven. Our mom had a beautiful spirit and soul with a faith as strong as a saint. She had a great love for Jesus, a faithful devotion to His mother Mary and the Eucharistic. Betty loved everyone unconditionally without judgment and her light and beautiful smile shined brightly wherever she went. She will be missed deeply by her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren and all who knew her. She will leave a legacy of love in her wake that will never be forgotten and her light will shine on in all of us. Betty didn't just talk the talk, she walked the walk and we know that tonight she is walking the walk with her Father in heaven. She was the best! We love you mom. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to an animal rescue of your choosing. Mass of Christian burial at St. John Bosco Church, Wednesday, February 7, 2024 at 11:30 a.m. Private Interment at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. Friends received at the RIPEPI FUNERAL HOME, 5762 PEARL RD. (AT SNOW RD.), TUESDAY 3-8 P.M.
