Ernest “Ernie” Bernard, Age 64, passed unexpectedly on Friday, December 2, 2022. Beloved husband of Kathryn “Kathy” (nee Gearo) for 23 years; loving son of William and Jeannette; dearest brother of Dorine Minnehan (Randy), Donna Ryant (Doug), Dave Bernard (Yumiko), Theresa Bost (Brian), and Denise Tolliver; beloved brother-in-law of Joe Gearo (Dorothea) and Carrie Matese (Joe); dear uncle of Drew, Caitlin (Travis), Chuck (Traci), Jessica (Devon), Matt (Emily), Chris, Alex, Carissa, Tony, Raymond, Kevin (Krissy), Kaylee, Alysia (deceased), Christina and especially Samantha, Joey, and Christina. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Audrey’s Outreach www.audreysoutreach.org . The family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Ernie at THE RIPEPI FUNERAL HOME, 5762 PEARL RD. (AT SNOW RD.) Tuesday December 6, 2022 from 4 – 7 PM with a concluding prayer at 6:45 pm. Casual attire please. Final resting place at Holy Cross Cemetery.
