FOSTER E. SMITH, age 71 of Cleveland, OH, passed away at his residence on Tuesday, October 14, 2014. Born in Lawrence, KY, he was the son of the late Glen Roy Smith, Sr. and Anna Marie Stotridge-Smith of Borderland, WV. Foster was a retired worker for the Alcoa Company of Cleveland, OH with many years of service and a longtime member of the Masons. He was a graduate of Lenore High School, an avid fan of the Cleveland Browns and enjoyed being close to his family and friends. He loved the outdoor life, camping on Lake Erie and taking beach vacations and cruises. Foster was deeply loved by his devoted family and he will live in their hearts and memories forever. He is survived by his devoted love, Becky Miller, his beloved daughter, Kelly Renee Wonder (Greg) of Cleveland, OH, two precious grandchildren, Shannon and Jake Wonder, two brothers, Monus Smith of Portsmouth, OH and Glen Roy Smith, Jr. of Huntington, WV, four sisters, Carson England, Gladys Copley, Lucille Spencer and Glenda Smith; preceded in death by three sisters, Janie Dillon, Mada Deerwester, and Anna Lois-Smith. A memorial service will be held at Borderland Baptist Church, 25 Deskins Dr., Williamson, WV on Saturday, October 18 at 11 a.m. Final resting place Mountain View Memory Gardens, Maher, WV.
