George Kidd

Our dearly beloved George, husband of 62 years to Connie (nee Cygan), loving father of Kathi Varga (Joe) and Ken (Mary), and cherished grandfather to Zak, Camryn, Julia, Jared, and Noelle. Brother of Thomas and Edward, and the late Robert. He was a devoted uncle to countless nieces and nephews. He passed away peacefully with his family at his side on the morning of December 27th. Throughout his life; he proudly served in the National Guard and was a 50+ year retired member of the Local 18 Operating Engineers. George touched the lives of many. We will all miss his smile, his sparkle in his eyes, the sound of his laughter, and his kindness to all.

Mass of Christian Burial at St. Barnabas Catholic Parish, 9451 Brandywine Rd. Northfield, Saturday January 6, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. Following the Funeral Mass a celebration of George’s life will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn 8971 Wilcox Dr. Twinsburg, beginning at 11:30 a.m.
