GEORGE M. SARKES, JR., age 79; beloved husband of Carol (nee Ellis) for 55 years; loving father of Michael (Joanne Soo), George (Kathy) and Jeri Blackburn (David); dearest grandfather of Tina Dela Cruz (Bryant), Celina, George, Jake Blackburn and Dylan Blackburn; dear son of the late George and Rita (nee Naracci); brother of Melody Nicholson (Bob), Donna Fortina (Franc) and the late Jerry and Bill; beloved uncle and dear friend of many. George was the retired owner of Clark Auto Parts and a U.S. Army Veteran.  He will be greatly missed by many. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to St. George Antiochian Orthodox Church, 2587 W 14 St., Cleveland, OH 44113.  Funeral Service at St. George Antiochain Orthodox Church, Saturday, December 30, 2017 at 11 a.m. Interment St. Theodosius Cemetery.
