GERALD F. CHASE, age 75; beloved husband of Barbara (nee Bugajski) for 53 years; loving father of Jennifer Hipfl, Rebecca LeBrun, Kerri Breidinger (Mike), Daniel (Christine) and Kristin; dearest grandfather of 16; brother of Mary Ellen Dzigiel (Ken); beloved uncle, coach and dear friend. Jerry was a well-known high school baseball coach and educator for various schools in the Cleveland area. He was inducted into the Ohio High School Baseball Coaches Association Hall of Fame in 2017. He will be greatly missed. Mass of Christian Burial at St. John Bosco Church, 6480 Pearl Rd., Parma Heights, Saturday, March 20, 2021 at 10 a.m. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. Friends received at THE RIPEPI FUNERAL HOME, 5762 PEARL RD. (AT SNOW RD.) FRIDAY 3-7 P.M. masks and social distancing required.
