JERRY KUBEK, age 80; beloved husband of Karen (nee Pociorka) for 53 years; loving father of Mark Kubek (Beth) and Annie Holland (Chris); devoted grandpa of Brynn and Brooke Holland; brother of Bill Kubek; predeceased by his siblings Mickey and Maryanne; loving uncle and dear friend of many; U.S. Air Force Vietnam Veteran. Jerry served as a Eucharistic Minister for many years. With his strong faith he volunteered in many Catholic organizations. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Good Samaritan Ministry of St. Columbkille Parish.
