ELKANICK (nee Bokar), Age 89; beloved wife of William for 70 years; loving mother of William (Jeanette), Mark, and Matthew (Christine); dearest grandmother of Daniel, Brandy, Rebecca Lau (Terence), Luke, Darlene, Margaret, Nora, and Samuel; great grandmother of Emelia Lau; preceded by her parents and ten brothers and sisters. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Thomas More, 4170 N. Amber Dr., Brooklyn, Saturday November 4, 2017 at 12:30 p.m. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. Friends received at THE RIPEPI FUNERAL HOME, 5762 PEARL RD. (AT SNOW RD.), FRIDAY 4-8 P.M.
