HEATHER PERSEM (nee Granakis), age 76; beloved wife of the late Jacob Persem; loving mother of Daniel Mazzeo (Sandy), Michael Mazzeo, Gary Mazzeo, Jessica Hughes (Joe), Jason Persem (Christina) and John Persem; dearest grandmother of Danny Mazzeo, Allison Mazzeo, Maeve Mazzeo, Charlie Mazzeo, Hannah Hughes, Lila Hughes, Kaitlynn Simpson and Skyla Heath; great-grandmother of Grayson and Lenora; daughter of the late Alfred Granakis and Alice Earhart; sister of Holly Feckner (Lenny), Huck Granakis (Sherri) and Mark Granakis (Denise); beloved aunt and dear friend of many. Heather was a long-time pharmacist at Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia. Mass of Christian burial at St. Rocco Church 3205 Fulton Rd., Cleveland, Friday, January 13, 2023 at 11:00 A.M.
