HEINRICH HALLER, age 93, of Parma, passed away Saturday, December 27, 2014. He was born August 23, 1921 in Neu Schowe, Yugoslavia. Beloved husband of 60 years to the late Elizabeth, who he married November 21, 1940. In 1956 Heinrich, his wife and their son Erich moved to America from Germany. Loving father of Erich Haller (Erika nee Balzer); devoted grandfather of Erich Haller (Yvonne) and Daniel Haller (Renee); great-grandfather of Cassandra, Samantha and Alyssa. One of the founding members of the Concordia Soccer Club in 1957 where he served many years as President and Coach and was on the board when the Concordia Soccer Club joined to start the Danube Swaben Society at the Banater Club. He was on the board when LESL was founded and served one year as President. Longtime member of the German American Cultural Center and the Keglers Club. Service at the Funeral Home Wednesday, December 31 at 9:30 a.m. Entombment Brooklyn Heights Mausoleum. Friends received at RIPEPI FUNERAL HOME, 5762 PEARL RD. (AT SNOW RD.), TUESDAY 3-8 P.M.
