ISRAEL MONTOYA, age 87, born and raised in Rincon, Puerto Rico, passed away Thursday, May 30, 2024. Beloved husband of the late Marguerite (nee Brant) for 56 years; loving father of Israel, Jr. (Jackie), Lisa Malloy (John), Robert (Anne), Marc (Kathleen) and Valerie; dearest grandfather of Christopher (deceased), Brandon, Kayla, Elizabeth Malloy, John Malloy, Thomas Malloy, Anthony (Nashonda), Kara, Marcus Anthony, Vanessa Voik and Masyn Voik; great-grandfather of Christopher Montoya, Bella Malloy and Sapphire; brother of Margarita Crespo (Fin, deceased), Wilfredo (deceased) (Doris), Juan (Diana), Ana Castro (deceased) (Osvaldo) and Nadal (deceased) (Gladys); special friend of Arlene Miller; uncle and great-uncle of many. Israel was a longtime retired employee at Ford Motor Co. and a member of Friends Church in North Olmsted. The family will receive friends to pay tribute and celebrate the life of Israel at THE RIPEPI FUNERAL HOME, 5762 PEARL RD. (AT SNOW RD.)
