James A. Deal

JAMES L. DEAL, age 67, passed away on April 4, 2022. Loving husband of Cindy Deal (nee Hylinski) for 38 years; beloved father of Elizabeth Deal (fiancé, Mark Morawski) and Melissa Deal; caring grandfather of Wren Elizabeth Weppelman; son of the late James R. and Rita (nee Kader); brother of Robert Deal (deceased), Ronald Deal and Cynthia Walls; uncle and dear friend of many. James was a very decorative, creative and handy do it yourself person who loved to fix and create new things all homemade. He enjoyed fishing, sports, traveling, finding new adventures and used his green thumb on his fruit trees and flowers. He loved to go to local flea markets to collect antique furniture, vintage clothing and different kinds of knick-knacks that he would give to people. James had a unique sense of style and was always ready to make new friends. He enjoyed all kinds of music from going to concerts to even playing the guitar himself. He was a very patriotic man with the Fourth of July being his favorite holiday and always made sure that the family got to watch fireworks. James was an animal lover of all kinds but was very fond of chickens in particular. Friends and family will be received to pay tribute to James at THE RIPEPI FUNERAL HOME, 5762 PEARL RD. (AT SNOW RD.), MONDAY JUNE 27, 2022 FROM 5-7 P.M. with a concluding service at 6:30 p.m.
