JAMES H. HUMPHREY, age 77; Passed away unexpectedly on Friday, September 1, 2023. Beloved Husband of Carol (nee Backiel) for 56 years. Loving Father of Joseph (Michelle), Charles (Catalina), James A. (Jennifer) and the late Catherine; dearest grandfather of Michael (Lauren), Ryan, Frank, Samantha, Jonathan, Ian, A.J., Owen, Michael and Mason; brother of Patricia Matusik and Denise Derway. Uncle and friend of many. Jim was an honorary third degree member of The Knights of Columbus, was an avid fisherman, and most of all enjoyed spending time with his family. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Anthony of Padua Church, 6750 State Rd. Tuesday, September 5, 2023 at 11 a.m. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.
