Janet Jacobs

JANET JACOBS (nee Silah) passed away on Friday morning, April 29, 2022 with her family at her side. Janet and her husband Mike would have celebrated their 68 ^th wedding anniversary on June 12. She was a devoted mother to Dan (Patricia), Denise Daleo (Carl), Michael (Linda) and Maria, and loving grandmother to Danny, Bobby, Brian, Carolyn, Matthew, Jamie, Jackie, Michael and Nick. Janet grew up in Akron, Ohio, spending many summers in Green Bay, Wisconsin with her many cousins, aunts and uncles. She was a devout and active member of St. Elias Church her entire adult life, and instilled the importance of faith and family to her children through her example. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions in her memory to St. Elias Church, 8023 Memphis Ave., Brooklyn, OH 44144. Funeral service at St. Elias Church, Monday, May 2, 2022 at 11 a.m. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. Friends received at THE RIPEPI FUNERAL HOME, 5762 PEARL RD. (AT SNOW RD.), SUNDAY 2-6 P.M.
