Jeannette M. Aftoora

JEANNETTE M. AFTOORA (nee Sadd), Age 88, passed away on Tuesday July 4, 2023. Beloved wife of the late Patrick Edward Aftoora for 64 years; loving mother of Bonnie Ayat (Moh), Jacqueline Aftoora and Nancy Hill (Nicholas); dearest “Siti” of Nadia (Andrew), Keivan, Therese (Tyler), Patrick, Claire and Dixon; daughter of the late Thomas and Linda Sadd; dear sister of the late Madeline Hanna (Robert), Yvonne McCall (Amiel) and Myron Sadd; beloved aunt and dear friend of many. Jeannette co-founded, owned and operated a successful group of restaurants with her husband Eddie. She was loved and cherished by all who knew her. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, www.stjude.org/donate. Relatives and friends are invited to her Mass of Christian Burial at The Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist, 1007 Superior Ave., Cleveland, Saturday July 15, 2023 at 10 a.m. Interment at St. Joseph Cemetery immediately following the mass.
