Beloved husband of the late Rita (nee Carpenter); loving father of Eric Cook (Diane), Lynn Bender (Steve) and David Cook (Heidi); dear grandfather of Dr. Courtney Barnhart (Mark), Kyle Cook (Claire), Kimberly Cook, Hope Bender and Faith Pearce (Chandler), Emily, Andy, Tobias, Elijah and Jason Cook; great-grandfather of Leana and Cole; brother of Kenneth (deceased) (Sally) and Roy (Gwen) (both deceased).
