JOAN WILLIAMS (nee Shoulders), age 76; beloved wife of the late James R.; loving mother of Larry (Margaret), James D. (Denise) and Andrew (Brenda); grandmother of Russell, Jessica, Rachel, Gabby, Matthew, Hannah, Luke and Paul; sister of the late Lloyd and Donald Shoulders; aunt of many nieces and nephews. Services at the Funeral Home Monday, December 15 at 9:30 a.m. Interment Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, Rittman. Friends received at RIPEPI FUNERAL HOME, 5762 PEARL RD. (AT SNOW RD.), SUNDAY 5-8 P.M.
