JOHN J. FALKO, M.D., age 73; beloved husband of the late Jean (nee Hautman); loving father of John III (Debbie) and Jennifer; dearest grandfather of Ellen, Kate, Jack, Time and Ever; son of the late Bertha (nee Nakhle) and John J. Falkowski; brother of James Falko, M.D. (Sylvia); beloved nephew and cousin of many. Dr. Falko was a well-known physician at Parma Community General Hospital for over 35 years.
