John W. "Jack" Gillock

JOHN W. “JACK” GILLOCK. His Journey began May 16, 1929 and ended January 18, 2017 at the age of 87. Born in Uniontown, PA, he became a resident of Ohio in 1953. He resided in North Royalton for 39 years. Survived by Harriet L. Townsend-Gillock, his wife of 66 years. Devoted father of Christine L. Pompili (Gillock) (Dr. Lawrence W. Pompili), David P. Gillock and Claire R. Gillock. Proud grandfather of Dr. Angela V. Litvak (Pompili) (Dr. Stanley Litvak) and Caroline L. Melinis. Great-grandfather of Aliza, Ella and Jacoby Litvak. Korean War Veteran. He worked for many years in the field of metallurgical engineering. Contributions may be made to the charity of your choice. Parishioner of St. Albert the Great Church.
