John Pluto

JOHN PLUTO, age 93; loving husband of the late Joan (nee Kammer); beloved father of Keith Pluto, Sheri Mergenthaler (Scott) and Debbie Mazzola (John); devoted grandfather of Joe (Morgan), Amy (Ben), DeAnn and Jay; great-grandfather of Holden and Finley; son of the late John and Anna (nee Buzoga); brother of Bernice Gallo (deceased), Albert Pluto (deceased) and Frances Cognata; uncle, great-uncle and dear friend of many. John was a proud U.S. Army Veteran and served as Military Police in Japan. He worked for Sherwin Williams, was an active member of Holy Family Church, and a member of the Holy Name Society. John was a bird enthusiast and would make birdhouses, feed them and actively bird watch. Services at the funeral home, Wednesday, June 16, 2021 at 1 p.m. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. Friends received at THE RIPEPI FUNERAL HOME, 5762 PEARL RD. (AT SNOW RD.) WEDNESDAY 11 A.M.-1 P.M.
