John Serrao

JOHN SERRAO, age 59, passed away Monday July 1, 2019.  Devoted and loving father of Kristen (Mark); cherished grandfather of the lights of his life, Scarlett and Sarah.  John was surrounded by a loving and  dedicated family including Marilyn Serrao, Gerri Irvin (Jay), Ben Jamiot (Cindy),  Judy Jamiot and the late Dennis and Annie Jamiot; uncle and friend of many.  He was devoted to his brothers in blue after a 35 year career in law enforcement at the University Circle and East Cleveland Police Departments. John's quick wit and humor will be greatly missed. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to University Circle Inc., 10831 Magnolia Dr. Cleveland, OH 44106 Attn/Note: UCPD. A celebration of John's life will be held in the COMMUNITY CENTER OF RIPEPI FUNERAL HOME, 5784 PEARL RD. (AT SNOW RD.), SATURDAY JULY 6, 2019 FROM 2-4 P.M.
