JOHNNIE D. COOPER, JR., age 48, passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 27, 2021. Beloved son of Donna (nee Haynik) and the late Johnnie D. Cooper, Sr.; dearest brother of Jeffrey Cooper (Melissa); dear uncle of Sierra Heydinger (Gabe), Addison and Delaney Coooper; loving fiancé of Denise Appenzeller; step-father of Anna and AJ Appenzeller; beloved nephew, cousin and dear friend of many. Johnnie was a proud U.S. Navy Veteran and a longtime employee of Pella Windows and Doors.  Contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project www.woundedwarriorproject.org or to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital www.stjude.org . Family will receive friends to pay tribute and celebrate the life of Johnnie at RIPEPI FUNERAL HOME, 5762 PEARL RD. (AT SNOW RD.), MONDAY, MARCH 1, 2021 FROM 3-6 P.M. with a concluding prayer at 5:30 p.m. Social distancing and masks required. Final resting place West Park Cemetery.
