JOSEPH H. COSTA, age 79; born September 11, 1945; passed away Thursday, January 9, 2025. Lifetime partner of John Davidson “Jack” for 50 years; son of the late Jose and Marie Costa; cousin of Teresita Serra and Wally Jordan. Joseph was extremely successful as an interior designer for 35 years and was very instrumental in the development of the East Bank of the Flats with Cleveland entrepreneur Tim Spencer. He was the proud owner of Joe Costa and Associates. All services private.
