JOSEPH “JOEY” KELLEY, age 43, passed away surrounded by his family on Saturday, September 7, 2024 from complications of pneumonia.  Beloved husband of Jessica (nee Casciano) for 11 years; loving father of Toni “Baby Toni” Kelley and Dominic Casciano; papa of Olivia Drago; loving son of Ken and Ally Kelley; dearest brother of Pam Kelley; dear uncle of Cory Kelley.  Joey was a brother-in-law and dear friend of many.
