VACEL, age 84; beloved uncle of Carol Kitchen (Bill), Loretta Lane (Jeffrey), John Petrick, Marilyn Vacel, Cynthia Vacel and Robert Vacel; great-uncle of many; dear friend of Norm and Diane Wells. Joe was a longtime volunteer for the Boy Scouts of America. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Stanislaus Church, 3649 E. 65th St., Cleveland, Wednesday, March 18 at 10 a.m. Final resting place Calvary Cemetery.
