LAVERNE GABRIEL (nee Coates), age 90; beloved wife of the late Fred Gabriel for 60 years; loving mother of Diann Gabriel Dale (deceased) and Karen Gabriel Moss (John); dearest grandmother of Jason Dale (Nicki), Danielle Dale and Gabriel Moss; great-grandmother of Lyla and Logan Dale; daughter of the late James and Elizabeth Coates; sister of 11 predeceased brothers and sisters. Laverne worked for Maine South High School in Park Ridge, Illinois for over 25 years and was a resident of Park Ridge, IL for 59 years. A memorial service will take place in Park Ridge, IL on March 7, 2026.
