In Loving Memory of Lisa Marie Horak

Lisa Marie Horak, age 57, passed away on October 29, 2026.

Lisa was a beloved mother to Craig Harris (Sydney), Brandi Harris, and Emily Polansky; a cherished grandmother to Steven, Camryn, Brooklynn, Tyler, Kinsley, and Rylie; daughter of Gary D. Horak (Ellen) and the late Barbara Dowhaniuk; sister of Gary S. Horak (Rebekah) and Ashley Landry (Austin); and aunt to Samantha, Jeffrey, Ryan, and Joshua. She was also a niece, cousin, and friend to many.

Lisa’s life was a story uniquely her own, filled with experiences, memories, and moments that touched the lives of those around her. She will be remembered not only for the roles she held within her family, but for the person she was and the memories she leaves behind.

Though her journey through life was not always easy, her story was one of individuality, strength, and resilience. The moments shared with Lisa, both big and small, will remain a part of those who knew her.

While her time here has come to an end, her memory will live on through her children, grandchildren, family, and friends. She will forever be a part of their stories.

A Celebration of Lisa’s Life will be held on Saturday, November 21, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, at:
