Louis M. Degross

LOUIS M. DeGROSS, age 94; beloved husband of Frances (nee Onorato) for 69 years; loving father of Charles (Cathleen), Jeffrey (Susan), Louis (deceased) (Lori) and Brian; dearest grandfather of 10; great-grandfather of six; son of the late Charles and Josephine (nee Buttitta); brother of the late James, Mary Vazzana, Anthony and Sam; beloved uncle, great-uncle and dear friend of many. Lou was a WWII U.S. Army Air Corps Veteran, a retired detective for the Cleveland Police Department and a retired commander of investigation for the Cleveland Clinic Foundation.  Following his retirement he traveled extensively with his wife, Frances. He enjoyed spending time with his family and will be greatly missed.  Services at the funeral home, Friday, July 7, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. Interment Hillcrest Cemetery.  Friends received at RIPEPI FUNERAL HOME, 5762 PEARL RD. (AT SNOW RD.), THURSDAY 4-8 P.M.
