MARGO NOVAK (nee Lunder), age 69; beloved wife of Dale for 41 years; dearest sister-in-law of Cliff and Joanne Plants; dear sister of Jim Lunder (MaryAnn), Dale Lunder (Ellen) and the late Mike Lunder; aunt of Scott Lunder (Christina), Rachel Lunder, Tracy Shook (Rich) and Kim Evans; daughter of the late Victor and Dorothy Lunder (nee Babnick). Margo loved life and enjoyed it to the fullest.  She was employed for 40 years at Sussen Inc., CARQUEST Auto Parts where she met Dale, who worked there for 42 years.  They fell in love and were married.  During Margo’s career at CARQUEST she held a host of positions including Department Manager and Human Resources Manager.  Some of Margo’s co-workers became her lifelong friends.  Margo had musical and singing talents.  She spent seven years singing in the Joe Novak Band in the 1970’s.  She was very talented at singing in Slovenian, Czech and Polish songs at weddings, parties, the Octoberfest in Berea and the Polka Varieties TV show.  Margo and Dale also went on to manage other bands.  Margo was a 1967 graduate of Euclid High School where she was a member of the Spectrum Club and a Cheerleader.  Margo and Dale enjoyed 37,000 miles of motorcycle travels across the USA.  Some of her favorite travels were to Maine and Atlantic City.  In Atlantic City she enjoyed every casino and also enjoyed casinos in Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Illinois.  Margo was an accomplished cook, took classes in cake decorating and loved to bake.  She was an animal lover and rescued several cats.  She loved her vegetable garden and also gardened for butterflies and hummingbirds.  Later in life Margo took great pleasure in physical fitness activities.  It was in classes at the YWCA and Fitworks that she met many ladies who became great friends of hers and who she enjoyed so much.  Margo was a member of the American Legion Post #703 in Parma where she attended many activities.  No services will be held per Margo’s request.
