Mark S. Merhi

MARK S. MERHI, age 79, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 9, 2022. Beloved husband of Siham (nee Dakdouk) for 57 years; loving father of Sara Jaafar (Akram), Nidal Merhi, Hanaa Ayash (Rabi), Abir Rafeh (Imad), Shaheen Merhi, Nader Merhi (Rima) and Bahaa Merhi (Nelly); dearest grandfather of 15; great-grandfather of three; brother of Sami Merhi (deceased) (Afaf), Zabad Rafeh (Kamel, deceased), Donia Abdulkhalik (Afif) and Daad Sayegh (Mahna); also survived by relatives and many dear friends in the United States and Lebanon. Mark was a great man and an excellent entrepreneur.  He was honest, helpful, intelligent and hard working.  He was loved and will be missed.  Services at the funeral home Monday, February 14, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. Interment Brooklyn Heights Cemetery.  Friends received at RIPEPI FUNERAL HOME, 5762 PEARL RD. (AT SNOW RD.), SUNDAY 1-5 P.M.
